Research sustains that the main reason is lack of awareness. Five out of ten consumers referred Oral B Satin Floss to competitors in consumer tests. Four out of ten had never tried it before. By introducing a trial of Oral B Satin Floss, awareness is created through testing.

We modified a vending machine to intentionally block whatever the user chooses. Using LED transparent screen technology, we used animation to deliver the Oral B Satin Floss message, which asks the user to tap on the screen. This then releases the product together with a trial sample of Oral B Satin Floss.
